When you access gogogo, you agree to the terms outlined here. Our terms cover account opening, deposits and withdrawals, gameplay rules, bonus conditions, and dispute resolution. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your gogogo account. If you believe a deposit was made in error, contact our support team within 24 hours with transaction details. We will investigate and assist if an error occurred, but we cannot guarantee reversal after 24 hours.
Withdrawals and account balances
You may withdraw funds from your gogogo account balance at any time, subject to standard verification. Withdrawals are processed to your original deposit method or a linked bank account. You may request a full account balance withdrawal if you believe the suspension was in error.
If your account is terminated, we will attempt to return any remaining balance to your registered payment method or bank account within thirty days. If we cannot return your balance (for example, if your payment method is no longer valid), we will hold the balance for up to one year. After one year, unclaimed balances are subject to our escrow policy.
Dispute resolution and complaints
If you have a dispute regarding a gogogo transaction, settlement, or balance, contact our support team with full details. Include your account ID, transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to investigate and respond to disputes within seven business days.
Our support team will review transaction logs, game records, and payment confirmations to resolve the dispute. If we find an error on our part, we will credit your account immediately. If we find the dispute is without merit, we will explain our decision and the reasoning behind it.
These terms are binding and governed by the laws of the jurisdictions where gogogo operates. You agree to resolve disputes through our internal process before pursuing external legal action. Our decisions on disputed matters are final.
