Data retention and account closure
We retain your personal data for as long as your gogogo account is active. If you close your account, we retain your data for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. After seven years, we delete your data unless we are required by law to retain it longer. Transaction records are retained for the full seven-year period regardless of account status.
If you request account deletion before the seven-year retention period ends, we will anonymize your personal data (remove your name, email, and phone number) but retain transaction records in anonymized form for regulatory compliance. You can request account closure anytime through your gogogo account settings or by contacting our support team.
